At a glance

Sends information to your authorized dealership

to request the arrangement of a service appoint‐

ment. The TeleService data is transmitted dur‐

ing a Service Request. If possible, your author‐

ized dealership will establish contact with you.

Starting a Service Request

1. "BMW Assist"

2. "Service Request"

3. "Start service"

Automatic Service Request*

The TeleService data necessary for servicing

the vehicle are automatically sent to your au‐

thorized dealership prior to the service deadline.

If possible, the authorized dealership will con‐

tact you and a service appointment can be ar‐

ranged.

To check when your authorized dealership was

notified:

4. "Last Service Request"

Authorized dealership*

Address and contact data of the authorized

dealership.

Displaying authorized dealerships
