Requirements

Suitable audio devices (such as

an MP3 player, for example) can

be connected to the audio sys-

tem by means of the plug in the

stowage compartment.

The audio device must

have a compatible connector

be stowable inside the stowage

compartment.

Connecting audio

device

Attempting to route the

connecting cable out

between the radio compartment

and the cover can damage the

seal.

Do not attempt to route the con-

necting cable out of the radio

compartment.

The audio device can shift

inside the stowage com-

partment while the motorcycle is

in motion.

In order to avoid damage, wrap

the audio device with suitable

protective enveloping material.

Use plug 1 to connect the au-

dio device to the audio system.

Switch on the audio device and

slip it into the stowage com-

partment.

When the brakes are ap-

plied the audio device can

slide forward and hit the eject

button of the CD drive. Make

sure there is no CD in the drive.

Close the lid of the compart-

ment, making sure that neither

the audio device nor the cable

is trapped.
