The display shows a frequency,

indicating the station to which

the receiver is tuned.

Press button 2 or 4.

If the receiver scans the

entire waveband without

finding a station broadcasting

a signal of receivable strength,

search sensitivity is increased to

II and the search is repeated.

If the receiver completes two

high-sensitivity searches of the

waveband without locking onto

a single station broadcasting a

signal of receivable strength,

the display briefly shows

NO STATION and the radio

returns to the frequency it was

set to prior to the search.

The receiver searches for the

next station transmitting at ad-

equate signal strength.

During a search with sensitivity

I, press button 2 or 4 twice in

succession.

Sensitivity is increased from I

to II.

Scanning waveband

Press the SC/RP button.

The display shows

SCAN until

a station transmitting a signal

of receivable strength is found.

Each station found is played for

10 seconds.

The display shows the name of

the station or

SCAN, with the

frequency on which the station

is transmitting.

Press the SC/RP button, but-

ton 2 or button 4 to select the

station currently playing.
