 Six-speed automatic transmission uses Adaptive Transmission

Management (ATM) to adjust to the driver’s requirements. The best possible gear

is selected according to the driving situation and the driver’s acceleration and

braking behaviour. The S sport mode allows for a sporty driving style. Gears can

be selected manually via Steptronic by moving the selector lever backwards or

forwards – without having to press a clutch pedal. This transmission also enables

faster gearshifts and optimised fuel consumption (not available for i and i).

 Lumbar support for driver and front passenger seat, electrically adjustable in

height and depth for an ergonomically sound seating position and good back

muscle support.

 Electric seat adjustment, for driver and front passenger, with electric

adjustment of seat height, backrest, fore/aft position and seat angle, plus memory

function for driver’s seat and exterior mirrors (incl. automatic parking function).

Two personalised settings can be stored for the driver’s seat and exterior mirrors

(standard for the i, i and d).

 Lights package with vicinity lights in the door handles, exit lights at the

bottom of the doors, footwell lights at the rear plus ambient interior light (shown

here) through light strips in the door and side trim.

 Six-speed manual transmission

for a very sporty drive. Smooth, with

perfect ratios and precise, short-throw

gearshifts. The reduced spacing of

gear ratios means that you can make

even more individual use of the

engine’s power (not available for the

d).

 Seven-speed sport automatic

transmission with double clutch

and gearshift paddles on the steering

wheel for exceptionally fast gear

changes without interruption of power,

ensuring top dynamic performance and

optimised fuel efficiency (available for

the i).
