Stopwatch Speed Remote control

Starting and stopping:

d Select "Timer"

d Mark "start": the stopwatch will begin

to run when the button is pressed,

and then switches over to the "stop"

function.

d To stop it, press the button again.

Taking an interim time reading:

d Mark "Interim time" the interim time

appears on your display at the push

of a button.

Continuing timing in the background:

d Use "return" to quit the menu while

the stopwatch is running.

Any other desired function can then be

called up, but the stopwatch continues

to run.

You can obtain a display of the car's

average speed. The average speed is

calculated for the period since the en-

gine was last started.

To start the average speed calculation,

select the following with the ignition key

in position 1 or beyond:

d "Speed"

d "Recalculate? Yes".

To recalculate the average speed

on the basis of the previous read-

ing, select

d "Recalculate? No".c

The on-board computer information can

be called up in the display on the instru-

ment panel by using the button in the

turn indicator lever, if the ignition key is

in position 1 or beyond.

First store the functions you wish to

display in this way:

1 Press the button on the turn indicator

lever towards the steering column

until "Remote control" appears on the

screen.

2 Choose the desired functions from

those against a green background.

When you have chosen all the displays

you need:

3 Select "memorise".

To call up the values:

d Press the turn indicator lever in

briefly.
