Range Distance and time of arrival

The distance which the car should

cover on the remaining fuel in the tank

is displayed, on the assumption that the

average fuel consumption will be main-

tained.

Do not allow the range to fall be-

low 10 km, to avoid the risk of

damage to the engine or the catalytic

converter.c

The on-board computer only reg-

isters amounts in excess of four li-

tres when you refuel.c

Distance

You then obtain a display showing the

remaining distance to your destination.

This presupposes that you have en-

tered a destination in the GPS naviga-

tion before setting off on your journey

(see page 14 or 32).

The distance to the destination by the

planned route is transferred automati-

cally.

Arrival time

An estimated time of arrival will be dis-

played, as calculated by the navigation

computer for the planned route and the

selected route type, on the assumption

that your average speed will be main-

tained.

This presupposes that you have en-

tered a destination in the GPS naviga-

tion before setting off on your journey

(see page 14 or 32) and have set the

clock in the on-board monitor to the

correct time (see page 27).
