Operation via the multifunctional steering wheel

You can select the following radio, cas-

sette and CD functions conveniently

and safely without removing your hand

from the multifunctional steering wheel.

Consult the separate operating instruc-

tions for details of how to use the tele-

phone.

Adjusting volume

Changing to next station or title

To reach the next station in the selected

waveband or the next music title:

d Press the button briefly.

Fast station search (radio) or fast

forward/reverse:

d Keep the button pressed in.

Special feature of cassette replay:

The next music title is only recognised

after a period of silence lasting at least

four seconds. To stop the search if nec-

essary:

d Press the button again briefly.

Special feature of radio:

You can specify whether to jump to the

next possible station or the next stored

station:

Press and hold in until PRES ON or

PRES OFF ("PRES" stands for PRESET)

appears on the monitor.

PRES ON:

Jumps from one stored station to the

next.

PRES OFF:

Jumps to the next station.
